Terms & Conditions


Payment Required:  

The designated non refundable fee (see your emailed quote) is required within 24 hours of booking your desired date on my calendar and signing the emailed quote and agreement forms.

Without these forms being signed and that payment being made, your date is NOT considered booked and blocked off on my calendar and CAN be requested for booking by another party.  

**This information is also in the quote and agreement forms you will need to sign via email.  

 

Delivery: 

All images will be delivered to your email on file with JWilsonPix within 3-5 business days of shoot, excluding holidays and weekends. If an emergency comes up on our end that interferes with this delivery time frame, you will be notified via email and direct text message.  

 

To reschedule or cancel your booked session:  

  • Sometimes life happens.. I get it... In cases of emergency, with notification as soon as is possible... there are no penalties for having to reschedule. Rescheduled sessions MUST be on the calendar within 30 calendar days of original date, otherwise, deposits paid will be considered forfeit and a new booking will have to take place which includes new quote/agreement and new deposit.
  • If you are running late... that is ok... I want you to get there safely. Without notification, I will wait aprox 20 min past session start time before leaving and considering it a no call no show. With proper notification, I will accommodate as best as possible, and also give the option to reschedule again, depending on schedule. 
  • No Call No Show- you forfeit all fees already paid and will have to re-book your session and pay new fee.

 

Travel fees: 

There is a travel fee of $.50 per mile for locations that are more than 30 miles from zip code 84660. This travel fee will be calculated for round trip and included in your quote for your agreement. 

 

Refund Policy: 

- If you book your session, and it is not connected to a payment plan and then change your mind, you may cancel your session with notice via email, but your non refundable fee is forfeit. 

- Because the images are delivered in digital format, no refunds will be given after images are sent from photographer.

- If you have signed up for a package with a payment plan and choose to cancel your package, you must notify JWilsonPix via email of your request. Any non refundable fees paid up to that point, any fees paid for images delivered up to that point will NOT be eligible for refund but remaining balances may be forgiven.
